Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NuralForge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Professional Services

NuralForge provides software development and AI consulting services. Each project engagement is subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) which will govern specific project deliverables and timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code, designs, and AI architectures developed by NuralForge remain the intellectual property of NuralForge until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client as per the specific project agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

NuralForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our digital platforms or services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
